Climbers Camera Case

I bought this last year when I got my mini-DV Camera. I use a digital still camera also, so I really didn't need this type of case (shaped for SLR w/tele) ). However, it protects very well and holds both cameras. The case hangs from the neck, then has a strap around the waist for stability. With two cameras in the case, it is somewhat heavy on the neck during long approaches, and I had to take the neck strap and 'biner it to the haul loop of the top of my expedition pack. In actual climbing with a day pack, it doesn't bother me as much. I used it on moderate terrain, i.e 5.8 and less, and it did not get in the way or move around. Another good thing is that the cameras are very easily accessable with the top compartment opening away from you. Pros: Protects cameras well, holds two cameras, stable on the body. Cons: Hurts my neck, too pricey, has giant NF logo on the front (which I blacked out with magic marker). I'm giving it 3 stars because a week after I bought it, I found a dozen similar cases at my local camera store for about $15.00.

I bought one of these because i got a deal on it. The size is nice and it seems well made, but for the price, LowePro will protect your camera better. I took this back and bought another LowePro
