Mt. Barnard, East Face, 5.9, IV
With Zach from Ontario. The approach took me 5 hrs on my first go, Zach a bit longer. I would plan on 5. at a minimum. Nothing special about the climbing, but the tarn bivy, alpine surroundings and views of Mts. Russell and Whitney were worth it. We did not have a ton of good beta, but did possess a hand written topo from Nettle. Only issue was picking the correct corner system to finish on. I describe your choices well (what you will be looking at).
