Re: Nice reportwe had a pretty poor year for weather up there. It was difficult fitting climbing days in between storms. We had been up ready to do Reynolds in early July and we got stormed out. When we finally did climb it again the forecaste called for 80% chance of rain and it was sunny and clear. Go figure!

Re: Nice reportMy father-in-law probably got followed by the same goat when he did Oberlin. He did not get charged though.

Goat Mugging!Musicman,
I, too, have been nearly mugged by a goat. In my case, a nanny on Class 4 terrain. My friend urged me to be calm, and I knew on a logical level my friend was right...but my adrenaline was a bit spiked until I got out of mama goat's range!

Re: Goat Mugging!Yikes - I'm guessing a goat moves better on Class 4 stuff than most humans, so that would be worrying! They are so cool to watch, though - we saw a mama and a baby romping around on the cliffs on the south side of Reynolds, and it was something else!
