Is this about where Ansel Adams got the well known picture?

I haven´t seen the Adams photo, but I´m flattered that we both had the same sense of alignment! It´s just South of Bishop, CA, and I strangely I had written a 20 page paper on Japanese internment camps several months earlier, so diverged from 395 one day on my way back from work to investigate. Williamson is a beast. . . I never got to explore her flanks.



By the way, I cut my teeth at the RRG, and one of my good friends is an ´06 at MU currently, Scott Bresler. He should be getting down to Slade every now and then. . . maybe you know him?
