Mt StoneRespectfully, I think people that do a lot of climbing are using class 3 when it is really class 4. Class 4, from what I understand means if you fall, you may die. I've been up the 20 ft class 3 section (reluctantly, I might add) by the big rock cairn. If you fall there, you will need an airlift out of there. I would call that 20 ft section class 4. It is important for people who are trying to get more scrambling experience to, if anything, have the classification err on the high side. Anyway, thank you for the report and the photos. It helps tremendously!
