Three T's plus one
Hiked 11/22/22 solo from Icehouse Canyon and went up Timber, Telegraph, Thunder and North Thunder in absolutely awesome weather with no wind. Some ice but mainly snow to Timber so no micro spikes, just careful poled steps where necessary. Put on micro spikes on the way to Telegraph with very little post holing but then had to break out the ice axe because of semi-frozen snow sluffs taking out the trail up/down Telegraph. There just wasn’t a trail on the steeper slope traverses. Didn’t need to break out the crampons for most of it but if you don’t use an axe, you’re going to need them with poles. Once off Telegraph, back to bare boots/shoes for 2 Thunders. Completed the loop back to Icehouse Canyon by hiking down the Baldy Ski access road and then Mount Baldy Road back to Icehouse Canyon. Very adventurous day route.

Two of the Three Tees
Started at Thunder around 3 PM and turned back after summitting Telegraph. Cedar Canyon feels pleasantly remote, especially after the day's earlier hikers have headed down. There are a couple downed trees/washouts near Thunder.

3 T's and a B
Had wanted to link up the Three T's with Mt. Baldy summit, so I started at Manker Flats, went up the Ski Hut Trail to Baldy summit, then across Devil's Backbone to the Baldy Notch. Then hit the Three T's trail (Thunder, Telegraph and Timber) and headed down Icehouse canyon trail to the trailhead. Found a local and hitched a ride back up to Manker Flats. Long but fun day.

Warm, yet beautiful weather from Manker Flats. Rode the chair back down, but still a nice 15 mile hike.

Fun Day Hike
Did the three t's this past weekend. Great hike, layer on layer off with cold winds on the saddles and nicer conditions on the slopes. Left the car at icehouse canyon trailhead @7AM and was back at the car at 1PM. Saw one person on the trail on the way out and then like 75+ people on the icehouse trail on my way down from the saddle. Timber was an OK view, Telegraph was great and Thunder was just a view of the Baldy resort. Think I'll take Chapman down next time to avoid the traffic... if it's better.

3 T's and Tuna
Tagged the 3 T's via Ice House Cyn in strange order just to ensure a 7 hr CTC trip. Ended up running about 4 miles total since I dawdled on Telegraph with a tuna fish sandwich. Most interesting part of the trip was the fall colors in Ice House Cyn along side the stream. Absolutely beautiful!
Did the triple Traverse and added Baldy and West Baldy to it for a fine day out. Met a couple of newbie SPers on top of Timber. love the start from Icehouse Canyon Trail. took my wife back the next day for a hike and picnic by some falling water. I recommend the triple traverse to any SoCal mountaineer, hiker, climber.

Beautiful trail
Took the 3T trail from Icehouse Canyon to Timber, Telegraph, and Thunder on a very warm day in August. Went back the same way (overall ~15 miles and 5,900 feet elevation gain).

Nice Trail
Started at the Icehouse Canyon Trailhead and ended up at the parking lot for the Mt. Baldy Shi lifts. I bagged 2 of the 3 T's. I had to skip Telegraph as I was running late due to the snow. I'll be back.
