summit view from Nussingkogel looking from SW to Muntanitz. Bachtroegerkees glacier is in the center of the picture, Grosser Muntanitz and Kleiner Muntanitz on the left side with Muntanitzkees glacier below them. The picture is of September 1993 - so a comparison to nowerdays glacier situation would be nice. The normal route follows the ridge from right to left and is under good summer conditions free of snow.
