This is the ultimate day hike of SoCal. I have done C2C and am looking at doing something slightly more challenging. 23 miles and 11,300 feet of elevation gain. I would like to find few partners in good shape to assist with a car shuttle between Shortys Well and Mohagony. The planned date corresponds with (nearly) full moon, but I am willing to reschedule for a later date. There is very little snow on the peak as of early April.
