Description

Hi guys,

I am looking to do some winter climbing, probably in the Daks or New Hampshire. I need 1 to 3 others to seek out some adventure. I love to travel simple and light. I have years of hiking and winter experience, but nothing technical. Contact me and let's get the plans rolling. A fall tune-up would be great. I just finished a 1500 mile bicycle trip. I need more adventure. Thinking of doing something bigger in the spring. I live on Long Island.

Hey Eric,
I'm interested in some winter routes in the 'dacks and NH. I spend my summers in denver (wife and I just got back) where I do a lot of alpine climbing. I've lived in NYC for 5 years and never climbed in the NE. I don't mind leading and helping you find your technical legs. Let me know what you're interested in. My tick list includes Pinnacle Gully/other hunington ravine routes and many more
let me know,
nick

Hi Nick, my wife and I are looking for another couple to go climbing with this winter in NH and ADKs. Any chance your wife also climbs and would you guys be interested? It's very hard to find couples that climb together you know.

I live here in Vermont, just a short trip from either the Dacks or the Whites. I love both areas.

Eric, I think we should definitely do a winter hike of Mt Marcy, if not some other stuff as well.

Nick, I'd love to learn some of that stuff you've learned climbing in CO. I climbed Huntington Ravine in the summer of 09 and it was a great experience. I can't imagine how cool it would be in the winter. I'm not there yet in terms of skills/technical gear, but I want to learn more and more.

Hi Guys. I'm in Montreal. in january i'd be interested in practicing some of the more technical aspect of winter climbing. I was looking at Mt. W sometime this winter and would love to tackle it with someone with a little more experience. As for Marcy or any of the ADK stuff I'd be interested as well! I've done a top roped waterfall climb and own some old ice tools and boots and crampons. But that's it. I'm collecting technical gear as i go, anyway keep me in mind!

Cheers,
Tom
