need partners for Christmas back country adventure

I would like to create a ski trip anytime from Dec. 21st through January 6th. I am considering the Bugaboos, Wallowas, northern Washington, Idaho and Montana. The focus will be the snow, the summits, the slopes, and hot springs. I am open to any and all ideas.
