Nobody on the mountain, lot of melting snow. Had some troubles determining which summit is actually the highest (ascended Pizzo Antenna della Principessa at first...). Excellent views to the smoking Etna massif.

Climbed Pizzo Carbonara from Piano Battaglia. Lost our way early on but a short scramble set us right again. Had trouble to identify the real highpoint and to get to it with all the beech forests and hollows on the summit plateau. Very high winds which kept tripping us over rocks on the ground.
