It's a shame that the commercial interest always seems to win the battle from other interests like for example the preservation of nature. Although it took over 3 decades to get a 'go', it's a pity indeed. I do think this will be the last expansion for the Ischgl ski area for many years to come, at least I hope.
On the other hand, I cannot complain too much, since I use the ski facilities myself as well..
