Climbed in ~4 hours from tent to summit, a great acclimatization and warm up hike over easy terrain. A little bit of scrambling at the very top. Excellent views from the top, very worth it for the view of Pequeno Alpamayo!

Nice acclimation climb. We reached the summit long before sunrise and watched the morning light on Pequeno Alpamayo change slowly. Beautiful!
Traversed Piramide Blanca via the face & then the ridge. Sketchy, exposed ice climbing on the face with bad protection, followed by a stunning ridge & easy descend via the normal route. Great experience! Thanx to Martl for leading the hardest pitch.

Fun!I remember climbing this one back in '01 or so... it was a fun introduction to Bolivia.

Southwest FaceThis was my favorite climb in Bolivia. Went up some 70 degree ice!
