i climbed Orizaba on Jan. 1, 1969. Fun climb more snow and colder it looks like than your climb..3000 miles from Portland. We drove down and back during winter break at PSU.
I was on the summit the same day as you. We had a team of 4 from Oregon and Montana. Seemed like a near perfect day up there!
