And more specifically...A prominent sub-peak of La Madre locally known (to some) as 'El Padre'.

Re: And more specifically...I made the correction. Where's La Madre (the
mother)?
Did she have to go downtown to buy some more
groceries? : )))

Re: And more specifically...While the whole massif is 'La Madre Mountain', the summit is the mass to the right of 'El Padre'.

Re: And more specifically...I don't know - you're using some technical
terms there. THANKS for pointing that out!
So, if you wanted to bag the summit of
La Madre, you might as well bag El Padre?
Hey, we don't want to leave "The Father" out
of this equation! He might get really mad!

That's how I see it. They're so close...why not?

Re: And more specifically..."They're so close..."
And WHY shouldn't they be so close? We're
referring to The Mother and The Father, right?
Thanks again for the information. Hey, the
next time I visit the Red Rocks, I'll be
sure to get all the summit names straight,
and count all the butterflies while I'm at
it. That might give me a better appreciation
for what I'm seeing, and perhaps a better
interpretation of life itself!
Well, have to go outside now to enjoy the
75-degree(+)weather. Take care, Courtney!!
