Thanks. Yosemite does have quite a bit of variety. Maybe next time we'll have better luck getting those Whitney permits, and could do a Mountaineer's Route/Whitney Trail loop.
Thanks. Our first time there in winter we were confined to Yosemite Valley, but after seeing Mariposa Grove/Tuolumne Meadows/Tioga Pass I can see how you could spend a lot more time here.
