Awesome route!
Did my first 'tough' lead on this route back in 1995. I swear the top pitch was grade 5, sure felt like it to the young rockie. Repeated this great route in 1996, 1997 and 1998.
Sustained climinbg on the upper 4 pitches. A true classic ice climb in an amazing setting. Be wary of the 1000m of elevation gain from the road. We hiked it in the dark and were blissfully unaware.

Great Day
Fun climb, but it was cold. Screaming pukies on every pitch. The second pitch was raining water; 3rd and fouth pitches were stellar.
