Looking back to the southwest from the lookout, two hikers are making their way towards the western summit. In the background, Mt. McLoughlin, Brown Mtn (to the left) and Pelican Butte (far left) Haze kind of messed up the distance aspect but Mt. Scott is a great viewpoint. 8-6-05

Enjoyed this same view yesterday

Didnt make it over to Bailey though like you had suggested, Hillman was too enticing of a target so it looks like I'll be making another trip down here which is a great thing! I was able to see Shasta from this same viewpoint, this is a great spot to take in the view.

Congrat's, Scott is a fun one and you are right about the view. The view of Crater Lake itself from there is sweet as well as the view of Thielsen and Bailey.
