Alpe di Neggia - Tamaro La Traversata and back
Climbed Tamaro twice that day. Wonderful weather and good views even though the pictures appear to be quite hazy. Did not quite make it to Monte Lema as time was running out on us. It was the first vacation day and we needed to get some groceries before the shops closed ...

Tamaro-Gradiccioli round trip from SE
Above Arosio (ca. 950m) – Alpe di Torricelli (1260m) – Pian Cusella (1343m) – Monte Tamaro (1962m) from east – Monte Gradiccioli (1936m) – La Bassa (1367m) – Arosio
A fine hiking day in fall under typical "Foehn" conditions: Alps main ridge was packed in thick clouds that delivered an early snow mass but in lower Ticino there was blue sky, crisp clear air and a cold wind from north.
