The decoy owl mounted atop the pole at center marks the lookout point at the Goshute Raptor Migration Area project site on Mount Pisgah (elev. 8,999 ft.). The decoy’s purpose is to lure passing hawks and eagles in closer. The summit is just to the left of the owl. Photo taken 10/26/08.
