The Dugs
The Dugs are a central feature of Deerfoot Lodge. Deerfoot Lodge is located near Speculator NY. It wa DL that opened up my life to the mountains. The Dugs official name is Dug Mt. and the left summit is 3,161 ft. high. the mountain is loacated on private land and permission is needed to climb the Dugs ( see Central ADK Trails guide book for more info.)Sunsets and sunrises make the Dugs come alive I will include some of my better shots of the Dugs here.
