A great mountain, difference of almost 2000 metres between Villanúa and the summit.
We did it by the normal path, going along the Trapa Hut.
From the summit great views of Midi d'Ossau, Peña Telera, Punta Escarra, Balaitous, Infiernos, Bisaurin...

Two friends, my younger brother and me tried this summit ski-mountaineering but couldn't reach the top because of the bad weather conditions. It was snowy and foggy so we turned NE wards to some place near Peñas Somolas. I was a raw skier so our failed attempt was a good beginning in that sport.

A great mountain and a few of views incredibles of Circo de Ip, valley of Tena, Panticosa... The effort is big with a difference of 1870 metres (5-6 hours of climb more 3-4 hours of decrease) but it is worth it. For me I believe that it was the first time that was overcoming similar difference of a pull (few three-thousands of the Pyrenees has so much) and it was very hard for me.

Para mí creo que era la primera vez que superaba semejante desnivel de un tirón (pocos tresmiles del Pirineo tienen tanto) y se me hizo muy duro.
