Took a quick climb up Ben Lomond 8/2/09 - was suprised to see mountain goats on the west side - I believe they typically stay closer to Willard Peak.

Goats

The goats spend quite a bit of time on the Southern Face of Ben Lomond and in the late morning, they move to the shade of the Willard side when it is warm. They are beautiful animals. Nice picture.
