that you decided to post the mountains of this wonderful small group that I always loved. Beautiful page!
( and thank you very much for posting one of my pics on the front page )

Re: I'm really happy
Thanks Fabrizio! Your picture fits perfectly on that place, because it's a good one and gives a nice overview of the group.
I was hesitating a bit, whether to post all three mountains or one by one. Then I decided that they are different and that it is better if each has its small page. So, in next days I will post also Nuvolau and Ra Gusella. It would be fine if somebody would post also some real climbing information - I'm just a hiker (and an amateur photographer:)
And, yes, I forgot to tell that it looks normal to me to use all the best photos which are about a specific mountain already posted on SP. I really appreciate collaboration possibilities on SummitPost, so if you want just anything to write directly on my pages, just say and I'll give you editing rights.
Members, who create pages and use only their pictures to promote them, will usually receive my kind reminder and perhaps, if not correcting, later also some lower vote...
I agree. Unfortunatly for my pages I'm forced to use only my pics because in the most of the cases no SP members have ever been in that areas. But I will be very glad if somebody posted some beautiful photos on my pages too ( like the wonderful one of Velebit that I used for my page of Brentoni ).
I'm not a climber either ( or at least not a good one ) but I know a couple of italian sites of climbers that describe some routes in the Nuvolau group, if you want to post them please let me know, I can send you the descriptions.
Yes, what I meant as a nice example is exactly your putting Brentoni picture on your page. Otherwise don't worry if the area you are describing is not much visited by other members. You just do the job. I know that Andrej Masera was on some summits, also Vlado Habjan (Haubi) and probably others. They could contribute...
Regarding translations I think that this comes perhaps later. In this stage of SummitPost we are posting our experiences mostly. Of course you take something also from books, internet or what is evident from maps. But I think translating other authors would be entirely another job, also their approval would be required...
