"After the first glass, you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, which is the most horrible thing in the world."

Route Climbed: North Ridge Date Climbed: July 5, 2005Another great day... Gorgeous views down to I-70 and to the east as well. Took around 2.5 hours to Peak 1 summit and about 30 additional minutes to Tenmile Peak. The saddle to Tenmile is actually a bit easier I think than the route right under Peak 1, but it has spectacular views!! Long, steep route down... boy my knees are sore! Thanks for the beta! a great set of peaks!

Route Climbed: North Ridge Date Climbed: 6-19-2004Very steep climb but enjoyable. Fun rock climbing at the top - make your own route. Awesome American flag on the summit makes for great pictures. Great day.

Route Climbed: Tenmile Traverse Date Climbed: July 3, 2001The hike up to these peaks from Frisco was strenuous, but enjoyable. Highly recommended is the "Tenmile Traverse" or climbing Peaks 1-10. The most difficult portion of this is between Tenmile Peak (Peak 2) and Peak 3. Peak 3 to Peak 4 is a blast as well. A huge, long day but well worth it.

Date Climbed: 6 December 2003Due to time restrictionsI didnt make it to the summit of peak one but did summit Victoria Point. I started right behind the condo that I stayed at and went virtualy strait up from there. You can see in photo id_47954 the cragy east face route that I took. It started off easy consisting of bushwacking through the trees untill I reached the boulder field that was covered in snow (fun ;-( ). Afteward I followed this crack up the technical part of the climb (class 4?). from there It was a hop skip and a jump to Victoria Point.

Route Climbed: North Ridge Date Climbed: 6-17-2002I always had my eye on this peak when driving I-70 through Dillon and Frisco, so I went and cllimbed it. The views are very good and the vertical gain might surprise you, I think it was 11 miles and 4,500-ft.

Route Climbed: North Ridge Date Climbed: Numerous DatesI've done this route as training several times in the last few years as I use to live in Frisco. Very straight forward and tons of fun when you do the entire ridge from Peak 1 in Frisco to Peak 10 in Breckenridge.
