Great Shot!That must be a pretty exciting climb in winter! It gives Mansfield the feeling of a much higher mountain than its modest elevation would lead you to believe. Is that the Adam's Apple in the background?

Re: Great Shot!It is a great winter hike. we went up the hellbrook trail with only a dusting on the ground and by the time we reached the summit, there was a bunch! Yes that is the adams apple.

Very coolMuch cooler than my lame little ascent of Mansfield (in the Fall, with no snow). Great photo!

I love Mt. Mansfield in all conditions but this trip was one of my favorites of the many times i have been up it.
